If you don’t know enough about your subject no motivation or inspiration can help you deal with imposter syndrome, because even if you gather the motivation to want to create something your lack of knowledge will reflect on your product, you will end up creating crappy kinds of stuff, which will always lead to complaints from your customers, which then start another lop of imposter Syndrome.

What I’m about to share with you is a simple formula that has helped me master computer skill, digital marketing skills and is helping me master business skill. I was living this formula for years but I never understood that it was responsible for my skills until lately a mentor pointed it out to me.
Here is the formula:
Learn-Do-Teach
A simple way to beat imposter syndrome is to “know your onion“, Learn: gain the knowledge, Do: implement what you have learnt and then Teach your knowledge, experience and skills.
This might seem so simple, but this is it, this is the same formula every expert you know out there have used to grow to mastery.
It works and it will work for you.
Here is a simple strategy that goes with this formula:

If you want to become an expert in any subject here is a simple strategy to work with the Learn Do Teach formula
Dedicate 1:30 hours every day for the next 30 days studying your subject, 30minutes implementing what you learn every day and another 30 minutes teaching what you have learnt. Total of 2:30hours daily dedicated to mastering your subject.
This simple strategy has the potential of transforming your life, only if you will commit to the process.
I know this might seem daunting for most people, but this is simply all you need to become an expert on your subject.
Actually, there are some skills that require years to master like become a professional doctor or a world-class Lawyer, or building the next spaceship, but if 2:30 hours are spent every day on intensive study of a subject you are passionate about, in the next 30 days we are talking about 75 hours of learning and practical experience of your subject, there’s no way you will not know enough to create a product on that subject that can help people solve a problem.
This simple strategy is supported by the universal law of Focus, what you focus on will always expand, and in the case of knowledge, it will definitely grow.
If you are wondering where to start on the learning task..
Here is what I have to say: Find a mentor in your subject who has a system that is producing results and learn from him or her. If it means paying for their time or buying their course please do and dedicate the next 30 days to learn, implement and teaching what you are learning.
If you don’t have a budget for courses right now, then starting with free articles online or videos on YouTube is ideal, 30 days is enough to gather some of the pieces of the puzzle in your subject.
In the kind of world we are living in today there is actually no excuse for lacking knowledge and skill, we are living in an information age, it’s no longer about information availability, it’s now about your determination and commitment to source for the information that can change your life.
There are giant before you in your subject, people who have worked the path of the journey you want to travel on and out of kindness and willingness to help others have decided to created and put out resources in the world, you can use this same resource to climb to your own height, to become a giant in your subject.
You really don’t need to reinvent the wheel, just jump on the already spinning wheel and roll with it, your uniqueness as a human will make you stand out, this is one thing about learning from others the uniqueness and perspective you will bring to the subject will make it look like you invented the wheel.
All you need to become an expert in any subject is mostly the same information that has been around centuries but probably has been written or talked about in different ways, an exception of new discoveries and innovation that happens there and then today.
To get the best of this formula and strategy, keep a note of your learnings, for the next 30 days as you dig deep into your subject, jot things down.
